Research and Development
Technical know-how is a decisive factor for the international competitiveness of Schmitz, which is why it is a matter of course that the latest technologies are taken into consideration and integrated where applicable. Further, knowledge regarding practical aspects is enhanced by maintaining regular and close dialogue with users and customers.
In 2007, a 700 m² annex to the development department was opened at the Bönen site.
